This year we got a new manager and for lack of a better word she is cunt. I think part of it has to do with the fact that our last manager was really cool and nice and someone you actually wanted to work for unlike this new one. For example every time she calls me to come in early or on my day off I never answer it because why would I want to help her out? I’ve basically been avoiding her as much as I can which isn’t working because I still have to work every weekend and close more days than I want to (especially considering I’m available whenever). So last week she asked me for a huge favor and I did it only because not kissing her butt isn’t working and I decided to see if kissing it would and it did you guys. I only work saturday morning this weekend, I close only two days next week and I have three days off instead of only two. Is kissing your bosses butt still frowned upon? Because if it is I would like to change that immediately.

I asked him what he was getting his mom for mothers day :(
answer me
that my show went good last night based on my own opinion and not just the opinions of others. I had fun on stage and people laughed and it was just fucking great. Doing stand up has been the best thing to happen to my life. I mean my fucking cat died and I got in a car accident this year and if it wasn’t for stand up I probably would have let my depression get the best of me. It’s great that I can share this journey with all of you guys.
My friend recorded my set and it can be viewed here:

(the look I was going for was idiot)
- Me: Hello! Good morning.
- Customer:
- Me: DON'T IGNORE ME
I don’t mind using my tweets in my set at all but I don’t read them like one liners. I honestly think that’s bullshit when people do that. I could just stay at home and read your tweets on my phone. What I like to do is find a collective theme I want to talk about and create a set out of that. Does this help at all?
